Turby’s Cherrywood Bourbon carries the name of Jeremiah Turbyville, a whiskey maker who aged his spirit with cherrywood instead of oak alone. That choice gives it smooth notes of dark cherry and soft vanilla, and it took Single Gold at the 2025 SFWSC. Every bottle is signed by the distillery owners.
Here is the pour we serve most, plus six more from our recipe book.
